Mr. Heisele has over ten years of civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on employment law. He represents employees and employers. Ken’s employment law practice includes discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, Family and Medical Leave Act, whistleblowing, and wrongful discharge.
In addition to representing clients in court, Ken represents clients in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and federal employees in the Merit Systems Protection Board.
